Mod is ⌘ on a Mac and Ctrl on Windows and Linux. Shortcuts can't be changed yet. Settings › Shortcuts lists the main ones.
Anywhere in the window

Open or close the command palette.
⌘P(CtrlP on Windows and Linux)
Switch project: the palette, showing projects only.

New task in the current project.

Switch between light and dark. (System is set in Settings › General.)
Esc
Close the topmost sheet, drawer, dialog or palette and return focus to what opened it.
Workspace

Go to the first task in the project's nav.

Go to the second task.

Pop the current task's chat out into its own window, or dock it back.
⌘⏎(CtrlEnter on Windows and Linux)
Grant the current task's access request as asked: its own scope, for 1 hour.
⌘⌫(CtrlBackspace on Windows and Linux)
Deny the current task's access request.
Grant and deny work from the chat and the workspace while the access request sheet is closed. Prod write, deploy and delete still ask for Touch ID, Windows Hello or your system password.

Esc
Stop the agent's current turn (only while it is working).
⇧⇥(ShiftTab on Windows and Linux)
Next permission mode: Ask each time → Accept edits → Plan mode → Ask each time. From any other mode it goes to Ask each time.
Type @ to mention a file or / for a command. While that list is open: ↑ and ↓ move, ⏎(Enter on Windows and Linux) or ⇥(Tab on Windows and Linux) picks, Esc closes the list.
Access request sheet

Pop-out chat window
